Started Sweetwater Pools in 1980
What is your primary product or service?
Construction of in ground concrete pools and spa's. Concrete pool remodeling and service. Faux-Stone installations and manufacturing. Fiber optic lighting.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Bacisicaly I needed a job. Started with a local pool company in 1977. They transferred my to Kuwait in 1978. Came back to Oklahoma City and worked for about 5 different pool companies to learn pool construction. Started my own company and still have it some 34 years now. I keep the company small to give personal service on the job site.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I keep it small to give personal service. I work on all our projects in the field, not just in the office.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one, that's all we need.
